Kelly Duggan, BA, MA

With six years on the Speak Easy team, Kelly enjoys being a speaking coach for TED Talk speakers when she is not busy giving keynote speeches and teaching leadership development, change management, and leading numerous innovation strategy projects. The recipient of a Teaching Excellence award at a technical college, Kelly was a keynote speech at the GED Talks (modelled after TED Talks) about resilience in life and in the workplace. As well as being a college professor in communications, public speaking and human resources, she is an expert facilitator with a deep understanding of employee engagement and change management theories and approaches. Kelly brings a wealth of experience in strategic planning and corporate strategy, having designed and facilitated numerous workshops for law enforcement, public sector organizations, and private corporations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Queen’s University (Canada) and a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership from Royal Roads University (Canada).
