Employees don’t become resilient overnight. It’s a process of continuous support and communication from leaders in at atmosphere of psychological safety. By examining the current context of our modern workplaces, leaders will learn the two critical messages all employees need during stressful times as well as understanding applying key principles of communication at all levels of leadership: front-line supervisors, middle managers, senior managers, and executives.

Participants will learn how to develop responsive communications plans to support employees during crises and stressful times. We will examine real-life scenarios they will develop a plan for.

On an individual communication level, leaders will also learn and apply critical one-on-one communication strategies, including how to support and develop a growth mindset in team members, coaching for expectations and control, and a number of additional tools to use with employees.
