Every year, over a million people use the DiSC® personal assessment tool to improve teamwork, communication, and productivity in the workplace. The Everything DiSC® model provides a common language people can use to better understand themselves and others. They use this knowledge to reduce conflict and improve working relationships.

The DiSC journey starts with a simple, 15-minute, online self-assessment for each participant. This determines where each person “fits” into the four main personality reference points and how inclined they are to those styles. The personalized DiSC report for each person focuses on unique personality and behavioral styles, describing behavior in various situations. This, in turn, helps guide participants in every interaction and helps everyone understand how to talk and listen in the most productive ways.
