• Key aspects and tools of Emotional Intelligence to help you navigate and manage your own reactions
• Why any conversation you have constitutes your relationship
• Critical self-knowledge tools including the Johari Window and Ladder of Inference
• How to quickly read other people’s dominant communication style
• How to apply concepts of a Growth Mindset approach to the world with yourself and your team

The course culminates with creating a Communication Accountability Agreement, a collaborative framework that turns friction into momentum. Participants leave with a practical, repeatable process for engaging any team they work with in co-designing communication norms that support trust, accountability, and shared success.
